existing customers: your control panel
As part of my hosting you are provided a number of facilities, the most useful for you is your own eXtend control panel.
You can access your control panel via any web browser, simply replace the "www" prefix of your web site with "controlpanel"; e.g.
http://www.yourdomain.co.uk's control panel will be:
http://controlpanel.yourdomain.co.uk
You log into your control panel using the user name and password provided to you when your hosting started (your username is the same as your domain name; if you have forgotten your password, please click here).
You also have access to your webmail in a similar fashion, only this time you need to substitute the "www" with "webmail":
http://webmail.yourdomain.co.uk
You login using your email address (e.g. name@yourdomain.co.uk) and mailbox password.
